Total Quality Solutions
Bulldog Barrels provides superior quality through our use of air gaging equipment and various other testing procedures. Instrumental in the manufacture of gun barrels, air gaging allows non-contact measurement for precise comparative dimensional analysis. This means we can measure the inside of a barrel to ensure that we have met exact specifications.
Air gaging helps us meet tolerances between 0.005" and 0.00001". We at Bulldog Barrels, recognize air gaging is the industry standard, and as such, allows us to effectively communicate dimensional results with our valued OEM customers.
Surface finish condition is a critical component to accuracy and barrel life. We constantly monitor surface finishes using state-of-the-art profilometers during barrel processing operations.
